I work collaboratively with clients and value each clients' participation in shaping their own unique therapy journey. I aim to develop a warm and genuine therapeutic relationship with clients in which they can feel safe, understood and respected; this is at the heart of my way of working.

I am a BABCP accredited cognitive behavioural therapist and have worked in a variety of settings including the NHS and private practice over the past 20 years. I use the structure of cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) in a collaborative way which focuses on clients individual presentations and therapy goals. My aim is to help clients to develop tools and skills to work towards changes and be able to maintain these for themselves in the longer term.
