Caroline is the Clinical General Manager at FREED-Beeches. Caroline is responsible for the overall running of the therapies that are available at the project. She is also responsible for assessments and reviews at the project and liases closely with other services and GPs. Caroline supports our clients as an integrative psychotherapist/counsellor.

Jess Baumber

Counselling Psychologist

I am a chartered member of the British Psychological Society and I am registered with the Health and Care Professions Council. I am also a member of, and registered with, the British Association for Councelling and Psychotherapy.

I work as an integrative therapist, drawing on different approaches and tailoring my use of these to each individual client's needs and preferences. I work collaboratively with clients and value each clients' participation in shaping their own unique therapy journey. I aim to develop a warm and genuine therapeutic relationship with clients in which they can feel safe, understood and respected; this is at the heart of my way of working.

Manisha Dickenson


BA (Hons) Economics, MA Integrative Psychotherapy, Dip. in Clinical Supervision, Post Grad Cert. in CBT, EMDR (part 1 & 2) practitioner in training (part 3 to be completed shortly).

I have worked in the field of Psychotherapy for over 10 years working with a diverse range of clients. I hold UKCP registration and am a BACP member. I have experience of group work, working with families, children and adolescents and delivering training. I currently predominantly work with adult clients on an individual basis. I enjoy using a variety of creative approaches as part of my training. Beyond Freed-Beeches I am a clinical supervisior and work within 2 other organisations. 

Rosemay Lux

CBT Therapist

I am a BABCP accredited cognitive behavioural therapist and have worked in a variety of settings including the NHS and private practice over the past 20 years. I use the structure of cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) in a collaborative way which focuses on clients individual presentations and therapy goals. My aim is to help clients to develop tools and skills to work towards changes and be able to maintain these for themselves in the longer term.
