Cognitive Behaviour
Therapy

CBT is an educational approach based on scientific principles which help the Clients to understand their problems, and how these problems can effect their thoughts, feelings and behaviour.

The therapy focuses on enabling the clients to find solutions to problems using techniques learnt in the therapy which are more effective than the coping strategies that the clients are using at present.

CBT helps you be more in control:

  • More in control of your life
  • Increase self-esteem and self-confidence
  • Increase self-awareness
  • Develop problem-solving skills
