Kirsty is a UKCP registered Psychotherapist/Counsellor
offering an integrative approach to self discovery.
Integrative psychotherapy offers a relational approach which has developmental,
existential and self-psychology theory at its base. By investigating
their experience of different life events, either current events or
events caught in memory, clients will experience a process of integration
of feelings and thoughts which will enable them to be more at ease.
In addition to Kirsty’s interest in eating disorders she works in
the following areas: relationships, panic attacks, anxiety, depression,
disability (particularly speech & language problems), addiction,
phobias, sexual identity, and insomnia.
As well as being a Psychotherapist/Counsellor Kirsty is also a qualified
Speech and Language Therapist.
